Remote Booth Package – $10,000
If you are not able to attend our symposium in person, no problem! Take advantage of our Remote Booth Package!
A student will setup and man your booth during specific exhibit times. You can send a poster to hang in the exhibit space as well as offer give-away swag. APS will provide a computer for the student to use for company interactions with attendees, via Zoom or other remote conference software. Students will capture the lead data for anyone stopping by and will hand out company materials. Students will have registration and rooms compensated using funds from the company. Computers will be raffled to students and postdocs at the end of the conference.

These awards are used to help defray the travel and housing costs for graduate students and postdocs |

Each travel award is named in honor of the Sponsor and is given to an individual young scientist based on the merit of the submitted abstract and a letter of recommendation from their advisor |
